Why do people feel like they need to treat someone like they own them. Why do they feel like that one person can only be there for them and that they do nothing wrong but when the other person defends themselves they are wrong? I’m going through this with a guy who thinks that I’m his property but we are not in a relationship. If my roommate refuses to have him over then she is wrong, and when i go to defend her then I’m being an ass. Him and I are in no shape or form more than friends (we aren’t even friends anymore) but he still feels the need to control me, the things I do and the people I hang out with, who i think i should date and to even how i work. Why do guys feel the need to be like this?
